I am the founder of Sourcing Hat Ltd. Sourcing Hat provides a number of services to recruiters, both in-house and agency side as well as small businesses.

Training
Sourcing Hat can train groups of recruiters or sourcers. All training sessions are bespoke to your business and your employees. Here’s a list of topics training could cover. Training sessions are priced according to how many trainees and how much you’d like to cover.

Mentoring
I provide mentoring to individual recruiters or sourcers looking to improve their use of the internet. This chargeable at an hourly rate.

Name Generation & Recruitment
Sourcing Hat can do candidate research for you. We have found that a pay by name model for this type of research gives our clients the most flexibility.

Consulting Projects
Sourcing Hat can work with your business to help you integrate sourcing into your processes, design training programmes or work with you to help fill a particularly challenging role. I charge a day rate for this kind of work.

Social Media
I have worked with numerous small businesses and charities to help them use Social Media as a communication tool as well as for recruitment.
